Essentially, brick are produced by mixing clay raw materials with water, molding the clay into the desired shape, and drying and firing.

In ancient times, all molding was performed traditionally by hand. However, since the invention of brick-making machines, our factory as well had upgraded to fully automated system which equipped with Taiwan technology extrusion machine, fully robotic process of loading a kiln car and one dry one burn system tunnel kiln, which enables the production up to 6 million pieces of bricks in a month.
